Change request
The Change request process is used for existing vendor. If a supplier already in the Eftsure portal communicates that their details have changed, users can send a change request form to obtain changed, users can send a change request form to obtain those new details.
This process will make the supplier responsible for providing the new, changed details instead of having users manually update a supplier record in the Eftsure portal.

Performing a Change request within Dynamics 365 F&O can be performed using one of the below options:
• Menu Account Payable > Vendors > All vendors form - Button Eftsure >[AVAILABLE IN EFTSURE] Request details.
• Eftsure Workspace > Vendors - Button Eftsure >[AVAILABLE IN EFTSURE] Request details.
Since the vendor already exists, all mandatory information will be auto populated.
With the Request details change form, users can specify which details they are requesting from the supplier (bank account details, trading name, ABN, address, contact information, etc.). Click the Button Send invite to finalise the process.
Accepting Change requests
Once the supplier completes the change request form, the verification team will verify the new supplier details. Pending Change requests will appear in the Onboardings section of Eftsure workspace.
The remaining steps of the Change request are the same as for the Onboarding process.
It is possible to send multiple change requests at the same time by selecting several Vendors prior to clicking Request details. In that scenario, the wizard won't open, and multiple emails will be sent using the default Change Request template.
